What are The Consumer Credit Awards?

The Consumer Credit Awards help to put customers at the heart of the industry and to find the best credit providers in the UK. Over 19,000 customers voted in 2020 and these awards have been talked about in publications including, The Guardian, Spectator Money, BusinessCloud, CCR Magazine, Credit Connect and Motor Trade News among others.

How do customers take part?

Our awards are decided by customers, not 'industry experts'. So we need you, the customer, to share your experiences with us. It really does only take two minutes to vote, and you’ll be helping us to find the most customer centric firms in the industry. You’ll also be entered into a prize draw to win £1,000.

Now in their 6th year, the Consumer Credit Awards are run by Smart Money People, the UK’s number one review and insight platform for financial services. Our mission is to increase trust and transparency in financial services, and the Consumer Credit Awards help us to achieve this.
